Installation Guidelines

Proper handling, installation, and maintenance help ensure long-lasting performance, durability, and safety for your roofing materials.

Notices Before Installation

Do not place PC sheets on cement floors or against cement walls.
Frames should be clean with flat inserting grooves.
Select suitable thickness according to bending radius.
Reserve space for expansion during installation.
Use suitable silicone or gasket material. Do not use PVC materials.
Use tungsten carbide saw blades for cutting and secure sheets firmly.
Mark only on protective films using crayons.
Do not peel off protective films until installation is completed.

Installation by Inserting

Cut off protective films by 5–10mm before inserting PC sheets into the support frame.
Allow proper insertion depth and reserve space for thermal expansion and contraction.
Choose suitable PC sheet thickness based on flexibility and air pressure requirements.

Installation by Riveting

Outdoor rivet holes should be enlarged to allow expansion and contraction.
Use aluminum rivets only. Thread-in screws should not be used.
Fill holes and exposed areas with silicone compound.
Use gaskets or washers to prevent direct pressure on PC sheets.
Do not screw too tightly.
Do not use PVC gaskets or primer.
Support both long and short sides with metal straps.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Remove oil, paint, or adhesive with isopropyl alcohol and a soft cloth.
Do not clean with benzene, gasoline, acetone, or tetra chloromethane.
Avoid cleaning under strong sunlight or during bending work.
Use neutral detergent with soft cloth or sponge, then rinse and dry.

Important Warranty Notice

Consider thermal expansion caused by seasonal temperature fluctuation. The aperture should be 50% larger than the screw diameter.

Direct screws on PC sheets without expansion allowance are not covered by warranty.
